1. Overview

At Kashvi Boutique, we’re committed to your satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase—be it sarees, kurtis, kids’ wear, or accessories—we’ve designed an easy-to-follow return and refund process to ensure your experience is seamless and hassle-free.

2. Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be:

    • Unworn (excluding size trials).

    • In original condition, with all tags attached.

    • Accompanied by the original invoice or order confirmation.

Note: Customized or personalized products (e.g., tailored garments) are non-returnable unless defective.

3. Initiating a Return

4. Return Shipping

  • Customer-Initiated Returns: You handle return shipping and cover the cost. For your safety, send via a trackable shipping method.

  • Exchanges / Defective Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product), we’ll cover return postage and offer a replacement or refund, whichever you prefer.

5. Inspection & Approval

Upon receiving your item(s), we will:

  • Inspect for condition and tags.

  • Validate that return criteria are met.

  • Notify you within 3 business days about approval or denial of refund.

6. Refund Methods

Once approved, refunds are issued via the original payment method within 7–10 business days of inspection. Depending on your bank/card issuer, the credit may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect in your account.

Refund amounts will match the item price, excluding original shipping charges unless the return was due to our mistake.

7. Exchanges

Prefer a different size or color?

  • Inform us when submitting the return.

  • If the new item is of equal value, we’ll send it once the original item is approved.

  • Additional charges apply if exchanging for a higher-priced item; we’ll provide a payment link upon approval.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-made products.

  • Items worn beyond fitting.

  • Items missing tags or packaging.

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective or incorrect).

9. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive:

  • A defective, damaged, or wrong item:

    • Contact our support within 48 hours of receipt.

    • Provide photos and order details.

  • We’ll arrange for a prompt exchange or refund, including shipping cover, once validated.

10. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours after placement (before shipping).

  • After dispatch, only return options apply as per our return policy.
