Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
2. Shipping Methods & Timelines
Within India: Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days depending on your location.
Metro Cities: Usually delivered within 3–5 business days.
Remote Areas: Delivery may take up to 8–10 business days.
We currently do not offer international shipping.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.
Free shipping may be offered during special promotions.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number.
You can track your package on the courier partner’s website.
5. Delays
While we partner with reliable couriers, delays may occur due to unforeseen events such as strikes, weather conditions, or festive rush.

6. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address.
If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping charges will apply.
7. Damaged / Lost Packages
If you receive a damaged package, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately.
In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with our courier partner to resolve the issue.
